    </image:image>

      <image:loc>https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5ebc5852cd6c8d6d838171ba/t/5f74b4d2e81c3c746feee658/1601484532970/IMG_2366.jpg</image:loc>
      <image:title>Home - Step 1: Vent</image:title>
      <image:caption>Step one with all of my clients is an introductory phone call. I want to learn all about you, the work you do, your team, and most importantly: what do you need to get done. This is the time for us to do a chemistry test to make sure we can help one another. And, you can get it all off your chest on what is holding you up!</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - Step 2: Scope</image:title>
      <image:caption>So now that we’ve connected and are buddy buddy, I’ll scope out your project. From the light touch like meeting design, to the deep dives like strategic planning, each of my clients gets a custom project overview specific to their organization and needs. I’ll send you an engagement letter to review and make sure we’re on the same page.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - Step 3: A Fly on The Wall</image:title>
      <image:caption>Once we’ve synced up, I like to start most projects by observing. Either by sitting in on pre-existing team meetings, or conducting 1:1s with your team. This way, I can learn more about existing team dynamics and norms, and can craft our time together to be as efficient as possible.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - Step 4: Let’s Get Sh*t Done</image:title>
      <image:caption>It’s go time. Whether we’re IRL or in the Zoom where it happens, it’s time to dig in and let the magic happen!</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - Step 5: Post Mortem</image:title>
      <image:caption>When our project concludes, I’ll schedule time with you to review our time together, make sure you’re satisfied with the final results, and how I can support your team to carry that work forward with them.</image:caption>

      <image:title>About - ENFP. Loves to gab. Beyoncé enthusiast.</image:title>
      <image:caption>When I got started, I was certain I’d be a playwright/director/actress triple threat. Now, I’ve got 10+ years of experience working in the non-profit and professional services spaces, and I’m a Facilitator/Marketer/Storyteller triple threat. I earned my BA in Theatre and Creative Writing from Butler University (go dawgs), and completed SIT’s Arts and Culture of Ghana curriculum at the University of Accra. I’ve been trained and mentored by two former GE executives as a facilitator, focusing on the Workout style of group facilitation. I’m proficient in many digital marketing platforms (MailChimp, Zapier, Google Analytics). I earned my Master’s certification from Eloqua in 2017, and my Change Management certification in 2018 from Leadership Louisville. My career has taken me from non-profits to the industry leader in creative and digital staffing. I’ve worked for publicly traded companies, Tony award-winning theatres, a mom and pop shop above a garage, and in a tent nestled in the Rocky Mountains (seriously). I’m a Kentuckian by birth, a Chicagoan by choice, and a new resident of the Bay Area for my bae. I’m an amateur home chef (check out #wunderfulmeals for my latest creation), a Cancer sun/Sagittarius rising, and likely knitting a blanket or a hat for a loved one.</image:caption>
